You should put her in a cardboard box then stroke her belly, say a few sweet words to her, although she does not understand what you say but she can feel your attention.
Get clean towels and a blanket to put the kittens on. The cat will clean off the kittens but if one is not breathing after a minute you need to warm it up gently and get the stuff off it's face so it can breathe.
