On your TV remote there should be a button to direct you to your settings screen. from there you can adjust all of your features

TV, there are multiple standars like PAL, NTSC and more. Check your TV uses right system and check cables that they are good connected, European scart connector can be loose easily. Most new modern tv has build in setup, is that setup colored or not? Without knowing more your TV is hard give more information.

You might want to get in contact with the company to see if you have a warranty available, your best option would be to get a new TV, since the price of fixing it would be ridiculously high.
