What can I do if my hair dresser thinned to much of my hair?

While you wait for it to grow out, go back to your hairdresser and ask for him/her to blunt cut the ends. This will make you hair look fuller. You can also use 'thickening' or 'texturizing' products to add volume and body. Adding highlights/lowlights can also add depth and make you feel less bald.

Use a volumizing mouse on just the roots of your hair and dry them with a cool setting. Use an extra hold spray to keep it from falling flat. Large hot rollers are also handy if you want a more crafted, finished look.

There is not much you can do other than wait for it to grow back out. Some shampoos geared for thin hair may help you out until then.

You could go back and have them correct it. If you don't want them to touch your hair again you can purchase clip in extensions to fill out thin spots.
