Find a manual release hole near the front of the drawyer and use a paper clip to affect manual release or else try to remove the faceplate.

First, unplug the device and then plug it in again and as soon as it is plugged in, begin pushing the eject button.

This could be a fault on one of the slides that the cd drawer sits on when it ejects and could be a mechanical fault.

Well, just plug off the power cable, get a screwdriver and open the back panel and manually open the drawer and unstuck it.

Most CD drawers have a small hole somewhere on their front. Sticking a pin into it will slightly open the drawer, allowing you to pull it open all the way.
