You should be able to, by deleting the software off your blackberry, it will still look like you have it, but it is uninstalled. The other option is to go to the Blackberry Desktop manager to uninstall the software there. Last but not least, back up your information and reformat your blackberry.

There might be some software conflict, and you could try turning off and on the phone, but if that doesn't work, you should contact the service.
