What can I do if I bought a new remote for my car radio now it won't work?

On the same day of purchase, i will return it or replace it with another one. And if it's giving a problem after some days, then I have to claim the warranty if available or just buy a new one.

You should probably return the remote to whereever you bought it from. Trying to alter the remote to make it work can make it unacceptable as a return, so you are better off getting your money back, or a different remote that is meant to work with your particular system.

First make sure that the remote is the right one for your car. Then you should make sure that you have programed it correctly. Look online and follow the directions exactly to make sure you have down everything right. If it still doesn't work you should contact a dealer for advice on what needs to be done.

Try to replace the battery of the remote but still its not working,Check with the Car radio dealer whether the problem is with remote or the radio.
