either take her to the vet or buy some wormer at the vet or at pet smart or even at wal mart and follow the directions. if the worms are really bad, isolate her from other cats cause worms can be passed through feces and saliva too, i think. most kittens need wormed 2 or three times in 1st year.

Go out to your local pet store or most places that sell Cat Food and buy some wormer for your cat. Just make sure that it's suitable for a kitten that is six months old. I recommend the liquid ones since they are much easier to give your cat. You can even dump it on your cat's food.

If you know or even think she might have worms, you should take her to a veterinary. The vet will then prescribe medicine for this, I believe it is taken once a month. NEVER forget to give your cat the medicine, it usually comes with stickers to mark your calendar.

there are many worm treatments available. some are combined with flea treatment (advantage plus) that you place on the back of their neck. The cheaper option though is to go to your vet clinic and just ask the receptionist for an allwormer, make sure it does tapeworm as well. You can also get some from the supermarket.
