Nothing will heal a muscle like protein and sleep. Take some multi-vitamins assure that you have 1 to 1. 5 grams of protein to poundd that you weight and you will see that your muscle will heal in no time. I recommend taking whey protein shakes for eating that much protein may be very hard to do.

You should take it easy for a few days or until pain starts to lesson. Over the counter pain medication and icing the area might help.

Use alternating heat and cold wrap as well as potassium supplements. Capsaicin followed by icy hot rub downs also works wonders.
