Since Pink Eye (eye infection, conjunctivitus) are highly contagious, you will want to take your cat to the vet immediately.

Try a paper towel soaked in warm water and wipe one eye at a time. Do not re use the towel.

Conjunctivitis is an infection, and your cat probably should be seen by a vet soon. Try gently wiping each eyelid with a warm moist cloth, and wash your hands afterward.

Any animal with pink eye urgently needs medication. You should take it to the veterinarian for a prescription to fight the infection; otherwise, the cat may be blinded or die.
