I would clean the drain of any excess hair that maybe reached before taking further steps. Next, I would use draino to help disolve problems with water drainage. Wait 15 minutes before running hot water to help disolve the blockage.

You will want to check down inside the drain hole perhaps with a butter knife to see if there is hair clogged up and pull it out. You may also want to use some drain unclogging products or maybe try using a "snake".As your last resort,call a plumber.

Water backs up in the path of least resistance, so you need to figure out where the clog actually is and unclog it. I would start with the kitchen sink and then go to the washing machine drain. Also, I once had a neighbors clog back up my stuff.

You probably have a clog. You can use drain cleaner and see if that helps, although it is very caustic and could mess your pipes up.

It means that your pipes are either clogged, or not large enough to handle the amount of water you're draining. Try some drain cleaner, but if that doesn't stop the problem, call a plumber.
