Bees are very dangerous as they sting causing severe pain and the place becomes red and swells up immediately. You should put a bee hive so that they collect around that hive or call an expert and get rids of the bees by using chemicals or something poisonous. It is better to get rid of it.

Your best approach is to contact a bee keeper to professionally remove the bees. Most likely you have a bee hive colony that has migrated into your basement and made itself at home. Doing remove yourself could result in serious harm.

You can try to smoke them out. Burn wet newspapers in a fireproof container. This will drive them out, if there is a hive you'll have to destory it.
