What can I do about my toddler who is refusing solid food and only drinks milk?

Don't worry about it too much. It is not unusual for a toddler to eat only one substantial meal a day and otherwise just pick at food during other meals. Toddlers will naturally eat at least enough to survive, so any food that they eat on top of that is gravy.

Many toddlers seem to "live on air." Make sure to offer healthy foods and look at what your toddler eats over the course of a week, not a day. Try letting your toddler use a spoon or fork to self feed. Toddlers also like to dip their food in things.
