A slow driver's window usually means the motor is going bad. Buy a new window motor and install it. You will see a huge difference!

It can be a frustrating thing that many people in america and elsewhere deal with every day. The first thing you can do to find out the cause of this is look under you front dash board look for your fuses. Check them to see if it is burned down. If not you may need a new Window motor.

take off the inner door panel and try spraying some oil in the track but when this happens it typically means the regulator is bad or getting ready to fail and will need to be replaced. It could also be the actual window motor also

It could be that gears that make it go up are worn out, in order to repair it you have to take panel off of the driver door. It will take a lot of little detailed work so be prepared to work on it for while.
