What can I do about a cabinet door that is scraping on the hinge?

This sounds like a simple adjustment is needed to either the hinge or the striker bar that keeps the cabinet closed. Unscrew the offending unit slightly, adjust door, re-screw.

Well the most obivous answer would be to remove the cabinet door and replace the hinge. If that is not an affordable option or lack of skill prevent you from doing this WD40 would be your best bet. Just spray a little bit on the hinge and problem solved!
