Unfortunately a cabinet with missing handles will be worth next to nothing. This design is not worth anything with the handles either!
Perhaps at some point in the future it will become popular again so it may be worth putting it in storage and hoping for the best. Until then I would just enjoy it for what it is.
Without the original hardware, handles, etc, most pieces loose twenty percent of their value off the top. That said, is its in otherwise good condition its probably worth 400$.
