Unfortunately, I have never heard of a repellent to keep a away any rodents. The most humane way to remove a chipmunk from an unwanted area is to trap the animal. Then release it far away from this area.

There are plenty of sprays out in the market for deterring chipmunks. You can also find rodent traps that are effective in capturing the little pests. It is suggested that you keep your yard well maintained so that they do not nest where you don't want them to.
