If roof sheathing is not lined up well you will most likely have to completely remove it and fix it that way

Well if the roof sheathing is not lined up well, then it can break off in a few years or later. Therefore, you have to make sure that it is lined up well. I would call a technician and get this sorted out immediately because you can start to get some leaks.

Roof sheathing directly should not be done from the upper walls; a separate foundation from basement should be made for strong ness and this reduces damage of walls even.
