Carlos Zambrano, the overpaid pitcher for the Chicago Cubs, has never won a Cy Young award, or for that matter, any award either individually or on a team (Cubs haven't won a title in over 100 years). Zambrano was demoted to the Cubs bullpen because of his poor play, but recently, was allowed back into the starting rotation.
