"Hydrangea" is the name of a genus which contains numerous flowering plants. So that when Western weddings have been celebrated mainly with flower decorations, this arrangement has been started to be called as "Wedding hydrangeas". A wedding can be fully depend on flower hydrangea decoration or partially. But if there is a wedding, surely hydrangeas will be there .
