What are the types of jobs or careers that you can have with a diploma in economics?

The field of economics is wide open. Typically a consultant would be good for that degree since you could advise people on what best to do in the tough times.

You can work as an economist, you can teach economics at college level if you get an advanced degree, some accounting jobs or financial management jobs, business manager of an office, writing for finance focsed newsletter or publication, etc.
