Symptoms in men include mucus or pus discharge from the penis, pain when urinating, and pain or swelling in the scrotum. In women symptoms can also include vaginal bleeding or discharge, and abdominal discomfort. Up to 50% of men and up to 75% of women experience no symptoms of infection.

Men do not always experience the symptoms of Chlamydia. Women experience more symptoms. If you have sores or discharge you should see your physician. Chlamydia can cause greater problems if not treated. I heard mental insanity can set in, if not treated.
