Symptoms are a lump, bloody discharge from the nipple, dimpling in a specific site, enlarged lymph nodes under the arm. Sometimes early in the disease there are no symptoms and the way it is found is through a regular screening mammogram or ultrasound. The earlier the cancer is found the better out of survival.

The breast cancer in the earliest stage can be noticed just by the lumps. In most cases there isn't any other symptoms beside them. But, as the time goes, and as the disease develop, there might be other symptoms, including pain. This just shows the importance of the self tests for early diagnosing the breast cancer.
