You need to start by finding all the drafts in your house. Once found you need to located the source. Typically air comes in through gaps which need to be filled with insulation or foam. Also check around doors and windows to make sure all the seals are good.

You will need to start by getting insulation and placing as much as possible near any open area in walls and ceilings. Once complete seal door frames with caulk.

you will want to purchase spray foam and anything else that can be used to seal gaps. You will want to check the outside seals to see if there is any air movement. for all the gaps that have air movement you will want to spray it with some sealant.

Every opening to the outside has potential to leak. Check all the seals for air movement and replace as needed. Fill any other gaps with insulation or spray foam.
