In order to take the Bar exam, you must graduate from law school. A licensed attorney sponsors new members of the Bar Association who pass the exam.

Yes - you need a degree in law to take the bar exam, which you must pass in order to become a lawyer. First you'll need a bachelor's degree. Then, you can apply to law school. After studying and getting your degree, you'll take the bar exam for the state you wish to practice in.

You need a degree in law to become a lawyer. That is about 3 or 4 years of university. You will need to do a final exam called the "bareau" and some internships. If you want to do other practicing than your regular notarial work, you will need to specialize in a specific field, such as finances, family law, etc
