How do you win a custody battle if you do not have a lawyer?

You can choose to represent yourself in court, but this will require a lot of legal research. Or you can try to get a lawyer to work pro-bono: for free.

If you want to win custody of your child first if mother of the child take you to court it will be very great problem,so if any other person argues with you about the child you dont continue arguing,keep away from them,and give police complaint in order to avoid further consequences. if you avoid worse situation consultadvocate

Most communities have a legal aid service for people that need legal help but cannot afford a lawyer. Check with the local bar association and they can refer you to someone that can help.

You must prove that the children will be better off with you. You can show that you have been their caregiver and that they have a stronger bond with you.
