He looks at you and when your eyes meet, he stares away, He smiles whenever you are in the room, He tries to touch your hand while talking to you, He makes eye contact when talking to you, he compliments you on ur dresses and looks.

I have a hard time telling too, because some people are naturally friendly and seem flirtatious. Play it cool, don't assume anything, they'll make it clear when they want to
