Signs that a toddler is constipated are hardened belly, cranky, and getting red in the face when trying to have a bowel movement.

Having a bowel movement is the natural thing in the world. But, there are sometimes when we are not able to. Especially toddlers. When parents notice hard stools or when a toddler goes for a long period, 4 yo 5 days without having a bowel movement. It is very likely that your toddler is constipated.
