The side effects of Tramadol HCL 50 mg are dizziness,nausea,constipation,headache,vomiting,sweating,dry mouth,diarrhea,anxiety,confusion,abdominal pain,anorexia,rash, menopausal symptoms,frequent urination, suicidal tendancy, weight loss,fever,seizures,coma, amnesia,depression and difficulty in concentration.

The most common side effects for Tramadol are constipation, dry mouth, diarrhea, dizziness, drowsiness, trouble sleeping, increased sweating, loss of appetite and nausea. Some severe allergic reactions have been reported including agitation, severe mood changes, chest pain and irregular heartbeat. You should notify your doctor immediately if you experience any severe side effects.
