The United Methodist Church has three main sacraments and they are as follows: Baptism, Communion and Confirmation. Also, with the Baptism sacrament you have the choice of sprinkling, pouring or immersion.

Baptism and communion (the Eucharist) are the only two sacraments observed by the United Methodist church. Other ceremonies, like marriage, are important, but they're not holy sacraments.
