Oklahoma has no statewide laws governing food concession trailers, but you will probably have to get a permit from the city or town where you plan to set up. There is usually a small fee associated with the permit.

To open a food concession trailer, you will at minimum be needing a health card/permit, a business license, and a food vendors permit. Also a sales tax number so you can charge and pay sales tax as I assume you will be selling prepared food. An account with a food supplier is a definite need. You can check your phone book for local small business help if your city makes it available like mine.
