What are the requirements for a 1099? When does an employer issue a 1099? What employees get them?

I hear people talk about them all the time, but I've never gotten one.

In the 1099 form, your income earned will be shown but any deductions like federal and state income taxes or any compensation that are deferred,social security, ormedical deductions.

it is about taxes for people based in the United States. A form should be issued for people your are hiring or performing any service for an employer having an income of more than 600 USD. The form is in multi carbon, so when filling it you should be careful to write all the information clearly on it.
