What are the red lumps that have developed on my middle finger and pinky?

Assuming the lumps are on the skin, they could be mild irritation or infections. On the back of the hand, they could be irritated or infected hair follicles. Any such lumps on the palm side of the hand, are attributable to touching a cactus or some other irritant. Topical antibiotic would help in either case.

I see the red lump developed on your middle finger and pinky finger. It cold be an allergic reaction if you were wearing a ring you can be allergic.
