It is possible that it is due to an irritant that got on your legs. If you shave your legs, it may be due to razor bumps.

It could be a number of things. It could be irritation from shaving or an allergic reaction from creams and/or lotions. Additional possibilities could be flea bites, hives, simply goose bumps, bed bugs, or simply dry skin. Food allergies can cause bumps. To narrow down the cause I would need to ask if they are red, itchy, or spreading.

If you are a woman, they could be from shaving. Especially in the winter, your skin becomes dry and irritated much more easily. Use a lotion.

If they are small white bumps that you are talking about, then most likely, it is just dry skin bumps. If they are little red bumps that are just slightly raised and really random, then it is probably just angomas. They're basically small broken blood vessels that occurs naturally as you get older.

This could be from shaving as your legs could be irritated. I would check with your doctor if you feel its concerning to you.
