B. Ed along with a bachelor's degree is the basic requirement for a teaching profession. For pre-primary to secondary students one needs a basic degree and a B. Ed. Generally you must have a B. A already. The, you must complete a certain number of observation hours in classrooms, complete coursework in teacher education and complete student teaching.
