Ingredients in powerade usually include glucose,water maltodextrin, , acidity ,citric acidflavourings,regulators (E331, E332), , stabilisers (acacia gum, E445), sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame-K), colour (E133) and a source of phenylalanine.If you get a rash from powerade,try another energy drink.

It's possible that you are allergic to the dyes that are in it. For example, Red 40 and Yellow 5 are common culprits in causing eczema(which you seem to have).
