There are tons of tutorial like this available online. Just do a search for "homemade mop marker tutorial". They may not be all tutorial for a soda bottle but the principals are pretty much the same. You can also probably locate more detailed step by step tutorials on graffiti art forums.

Fill a bottle with your favorite ink. Then take some cloth and roll it up and stick it in the opening so it's tight to make a nib.
