Everyone on staff must pass a back ground check, including never harming a child in a criminal act or be reported to CPS for neglect or abuse. Everyone must have the necessary protective vaccinations. They may have to have taken child care classes or have a child care license, but this varies from state to state.

For opening a school you should have the required carpet area where the area is divided into classrooms , toilet, reception. You should also always keep trained teachers because it is they who mould the careers of the students into a good human being. You will also require mausis to take the child to toilet and administrative staff.
