What are the eviction laws in Virginia when a home has been foreclosed on?

I received a notice of foreclosure from the bank and want to know how long I have to get out of my home.

There is no specific time frame for you to leave your home. First you have to make sure you answer the foreclosure notice. Take a copy to the courthouse and mail a copy to the people who sent it to you. Then your case will be scheduled in court.
