Aside from lines ending in patterns (ABAB, AABB, etc.), lines can end with rhyming words (CAT/HAT), syllables (GRIME/supperTIME), suffixes (lateLY/utterLY), or semirhyme (SAD/ADDed). There are many other rhyme patterns, too.

Simple rhyming, which is at the end of each sentence. Rhyming couplets that follow a 1.1-2.2-1.1 structure and blank verse.
