Every major car company has an economy car. For some of the cheapest check with Kia or Hyundai. Ask the dealer for a base model with no options.

Hyundai Accent, Chevy Aveo, and Kia Rio are some of the cheapest out there right now. You will need to get a base model with no power windows or anything. A manual transmission is also cheapest.
