Bears aren't different breeds, but actually separate species. Polar bears are really the only naturally white species of bears, but there are cases of white black bears and grizzly bears.
Polar bears are the only breed of white bear. They live in the Arctic where it is very cold. They are also an endangered species. They are illegal to hunt.
