Knock Out and Carefree Delight are two kinds. Kordes Perfecta, Her Majesty, Blue Girl, Flower Carpet Roses, Baby Blanket tree rose, Grandiflora, some hybrid teas, and a couple of kind of English roses also fit the bill.

You would have to ask someone who knows a lot about roses, they can tell you the best one. Or go online and look it up and see where to get them.

I live on the Colorado Front Range and our winters can be brutal with constant warming and then freezing. I have had good luck with shrub roses while hybrid teas are more tempermental. Floribundas also over winter well out here provided they are mulched properly once the ground is frozen.
