The best selling game is Super Smash Bros. Melee which sold 7.09 million games. The second and third best were Mario Kart: Double Dash‼ and Super Mario Sunshine that sold 7 million and 5.5 million copies each.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Raker, Metroid Prime, Star Fox Adventures, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart Double Dash, Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Sunshine and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. There's probably alot more, but these are the ones off the top of my head.

The best selling games for gamecube are all the mario games and for good reason but none are the #1 best selling game that honer goes to resident evil 4.
