You want something that is comfortable, yet sturdy with good traction. Many nurses, if able, wear Crocs or Croc type shoes, as they are light,comfortable and come in a variety of colors. If you prefer something, more traditional, Dr. Scholls provides sturdy shoes with wonderful support, at a reasonable price.

Dansko clogs are the most comfortable nursing shoes I've ever found. Some of the Nurse Mates shoes are pretty comfortable also and are cheaper than the Dansko clogs.

Typically the best ones are solid white and have a very, very good arch support and are fitted perfectly. A lot of nurses lately wear Danskos because they mold to the shape of your feet and are easy to get around in.

Dansko shoes are absolutely the best. You will pay a little more up front, but they will last a long time.

The best nursing shoes would be Crocs. They are comfortable and can be cleaned off. We all know nursing can be a dirty job.

The best nursing shoes must not have the high heel, must be strictly fitting into the feet and not pinching so that the efficiency of the feet is not at risk, and should be simple and sober.
