The most reliable phone depends on who you are because if you don't text then you don't need a full keyboard, but if you text a lot you should get a full keyboard like a blackberry and if you like games get a touch screen like the Iphone or the samsung captivate.

I think the Nokia 5800 is the best phone because it is a valid rival of the iphone but i think there are better nokia phones out there .

According to me model number 1100 and n series models N 70, 71 and 73 are the most user friendly.
