A very easy Italian dessert recipe is I buy store bought cannelloni dessert shells.Then mix 2 cups of ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup confectionary sugar and mix well.I then stuff the shell and press in tiny semi sweet chocolate chips onto both ends of the shells.I crush the chips a little bit more.Put in Fridge until ready to serve.
