Polynesian Resort's Ohana, Grand Floridian Resort's Narcoossee's, California Grill on the 15th floor of Contemporary Resort , Cinderella Castle's Cinderella's Royal Table and Fantasyland's Pinnochio's Village Haus are those places.

There are a ton of great restaurants to choose from in Epcot. The Italian restaurant in Italy is the perfect spot because it is outdoors and overlooks the water. I also watched them from the French restaurant in Epcot and it was the perfect spot. You could see them and still eat indoors.
