January excluding New Year's Day, Presidemt's week in February, the week following Labor Day until Thanksgiving,the week following Thanksgiving prior to Christmas

The least crowded times are from right after New Years until just before President's Week, Fall in general (except right around Thanksgiving), and the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas are becoming more people because people are realizing the crowds aren't as large and they have their Christmas decorations up.

I have been there on Christmas Day and I had minimal lines at the rides and minimal waits for the rides on that day.

It depends on which park you would like to visit. EPCOT is normally not too busy any day. For the other parks, avoid weekends and Mondays. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are usually less busy then other days. On the weekends, you not only have the vacationers, but also the locals.

The lowest attendance day will be during the week while school is in session. I would suggest going on a Monday during the school year so that you do not have to wait in the long lines and there will not be as many kids. So, I suggest a Monday.

The best day to go to any park in Disney World would be any day that does not have early admission or late hours for people who are staying on property. Because of the extended hours, most guests of the Disney resorts tend to go to that park thus all the other parks have lower attendance.

The best time to go to DisneyWorld is when kids are usually in school. September, October, the first half of November, and January are usually the best times. The general rule is if it is a major holiday or when kids are out of school, it will be busy.
