I have found an address where you can mail your letter of complaint. The following is the address i found through searching online. Walt Disney World Guest Communications P.O. Box 10,040 Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040 It states that writing to them is the best way for you to get a response.

For complaints about Disney World any concerned person should send a letter to: The Walt Disney Company. 500 s. Buena Vista St. Burbank, Ca 91521. This address is the Disney Companies Corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. You can also contact Guest Relations at Disney World by phone at (407) 939 6244.
