What are the best Chris Van Allsburg books?

Probably the best known and beloved Chris Van Allsburg book is "The Polar Express" which is about a young boy's trip to the North Pole and the restoration of his belief in Santa Claus. Another well-known work is "Jumanji". Both of these were made into popular films. Van Allsburg has written 17 books, and illustrated an additional three.

Personally, my favourite Van Allsburg's book is "Jumanji". I read it when I was young and some time ago I did it again. Great book!

The best one is Jumanji. He won the Caldecott Medal for that one and The Polar Express. He has written and illustrated ten books.
